William Ratliff

William Ratliff is a scholar and author specializing in Latin American affairs and U.S. foreign policy in the region. He is a research fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. He contributed articles to The Weekly Standard analyzing Latin American politics and leadership, including coverage of Hugo Chávez and Brazil.
