Victor Gilinsky is a physicist and nuclear policy expert who served as a commissioner on the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission during the 1970s and 1980s. He is a prominent voice on nuclear nonproliferation issues. He contributed to The Weekly Standard with analysis on nuclear policy and nonproliferation challenges.
