Timothy Huebner

Timothy Huebner is a historian specializing in American legal and constitutional history. He contributed to The Weekly Standard in 2007, writing about the historical conflict between Chief Justice Roger Taney and President Abraham Lincoln. He is a professor of history at Rhodes College and the author of several books on the Supreme Court and slavery in American law.
