Sandy Hume was a political journalist who worked as a reporter for The Hill newspaper, where he covered Congress and Republican politics. He contributed to The Weekly Standard in its early days, writing about GOP political strategy. Hume, the son of Fox News journalist Brit Hume, died in 1998 at the age of 28.
