Darcy Ann Olsen

Darcy Ann Olsen is a policy analyst and advocate focused on education and limited government. She served as an education and child policy analyst at the Cato Institute and later became president and CEO of the Goldwater Institute. She contributed to The Weekly Standard with writing on early childhood education policy.
