Christopher Layne

Christopher Layne is a scholar of international relations and U.S. foreign policy, known for his realist perspective on American grand strategy. He is a Distinguished Professor of International Affairs at Texas A&M University and has written extensively on topics including American hegemony and the balance of power. He contributed analysis on foreign policy and defense issues to The Weekly Standard.
