Benjamin Wittes

Benjamin Wittes is a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution and co-founder of the Lawfare blog, where he focuses on national security law, judicial nominations, and constitutional issues. He is a widely recognized legal commentator and author of several books on law and public policy. He contributed an article to The Weekly Standard in 2003 examining the intersection of the judiciary and politics.
