Americans for Tax Reform is using tax day as an opportunity to remind people what the income tax once looked like.
A graphic shows that income tax brackets once ranged from 1% - 7%, but now range from 10% - 39.6%. The tax code itself has grown from 400 pages to 74,608 pages.
