The White House will host a "Summit on Climate Change and Health" tomorrow, according to a press release. The event is supposed to "stimulate a national dialogue on climate change and public health," the White House says.

"On Tuesday, June 23, at 12:30 PM EDT, the White House will host a Summit on Climate Change and Health. The summit will include a video statement from the President and remarks by White House Senior Advisor Brian Deese, Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy and other Senior Administration Officials," reads the White House press release.

"At the Summit, participants will discuss creative and cost effective solutions to slow the impacts of climate change that cannot be avoided. The Summit at the White House will also act as an anchor to stimulate a national dialogue on climate change and public health, and will be broadcast digitally to regional events hosted across the country. It is another activity the Administration is hosting in the lead up to the second anniversary of the release of the President’s Climate Action Plan.

"The remarks of Senior Advisor Brian Deese and Surgeon General Vivek Murthy will be open to press. The rest of the summit will be live streamed at wh.gov/live."
