Rick Davis just hosted a call to outline the McCain campaign's financial situation. The key figures are that McCain raised $22 million in June, which is $1 million more than last month. The RNC and McCain together have $94 million cash on hand, and expect to spend $400 million between now and the end of the election. In the last couple months, McCain has actually outspent Obama on television 3 to 1. The campaigns remain in close parity despite this fact because Obama has in excess of $10 million more per month in overhead. Finally, although the Obama campaign hasn't yet released its June figures, Obama's Internet fundraising slowed in both April and May.
