Boyce, Retired ("they can't do anything to me now"), of Tustin, Calif., directs THE SCRAPBOOK's attention to the photo reproduced here. It appears to show President Clinton enjoying a special moment with the UC-San Diego student-body president, Coleen Sabatini, at last June's commencement ceremonies.
