Today, al Qaeda's regional affiliate, al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb, conducted a dual bombing in Algiers, the capital of Algeria. One of the two targets was the office of Algeria's Prime Minister. Over 30 were killed and scores more wounded in the two bombings, which are believed to be suicide attacks.
