Spitzer to Deliver Harvard Lecture on Ethics?

The former New York governor will be giving a lecture tomorrow at Harvard's Edmond J. Safra Foundation Center for Ethics. The talk is titled "From Ayn Rand to Ken Feinberg - How Quickly the Paradigm Shifts. What Should be the Rationale for Government Participation in the Market?" It's unclear whether Spitzer will be paid by the hour or simply given a flat fee for services rendered.
