The wife and daughter of embattled Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi have fled to Tunisia, Reuters is reporting.   The women crossed the border into Tunisia several days ago, the news agency reports, citing a Tunisian security official.   The wife, Safia, and his daughter, Aisha, came to Tunisia with a Libyan delegation, the source said.   Al Jazeera reports that they are staying in the resort area of Djerba, just across the Libya-Tunisia border, a place defectors from the Libyan government have used as a refuge.
