President Obama inserted himself into the 2016 Republican presidential primary last night in New York City.

Mocking Republicans' complaints about the third presidential debate, which was sponsored by CNBC, Obama said that if they can't handle the moderators, they won't be able to worry the Chinese and Russians.

“They say, when I talk to Putin, he’s going to straighten out … And then it turns out they can’t handle a bunch of CNBC moderators,” Obama said at an event last night in New York City.

“If you can’t handle those guys, I don’t think the Chinese and the Russians are going to be too worried about you.”

Obama also used his podium last night to say he won't be running for a third term. Via the pool report

On running people who say they wished he would run for a third term: "I explain a, it’s unconstitutional. George Washington set a good example. B, Michelle would not permit it. And C, this has never been about me … I did not say ‘yes I can.’ I said ‘yes we can.’”

The president also mocked Republicans for being skeptical of climate science. “You go to a doctor. No, lets change that. If you go to 100 doctors and 99 of them tell you you have diabetes … you wouldn’t say ahhh, that’s that’s a conspiracy. All 99 doctors got togeterr with Obama to keep me from having bacon and donuts. You wouldn’t do that. There’s not a single person here who would do that. It would be funny, but it’s about climate change,” said the president of the United States.
