President Obama spent the first few minutes of his remarks today in Poland, Ohio cracking jokes with the crowd, and avoiding having to address today's disappointing jobs report:
His jokes largely centered on his family, though he did address his weight, too. "People've been commenting: I need to gain some weight," said Obama.
Several minutes later, Obama did address the jobs report, calling it a "step in the right direction":
