But as the New York Times is reporting:
Cities, counties, public schools and community colleges around the country have limited or reduced the work hours of part-time employees to avoid having to provide them with health insurance under the Affordable Care Act, state and local officials say.
Those people will, of course, now have more time to spend with their families and to search around on the ACA website for health care coverage they can afford.
The Times might interview a few of them to find out how they feel about the trade.
