As Reid J. Epstein of Politicowrites, that was what the president was saying back before some of the other things he was saying turned out “not to be accurate.”
So what was then “Obamacare” is now to be spoken of in proper, government-issued nomenclature. It is the “Affordable Care Act.” And our masters don’t want us to forget it. As, for example, Nancy Pelosi who:
… went so far as to correct David Gregory on “Meet the Press” Sunday.
And:
… White House talking points distributed to Democrats [that] repeatedly refer to the Affordable Care Act in suggested sound bites, not Obamacare.
Makes no difference, though. Whatever you call it, according to Gallup, Americans think it is a dud:
... 40% approving and 55% disapproving
And that gap is:
… the largest Gallup has measured in the past year.
