Egyptian leader Hosni Mubarak has just announced in a speech that he will not stand for another term as Egyptian president during the upcoming September elections. He did make clear that he has no intention of fleeing the country. "I will die on [Egypt's] land," said Mubarak, according to the translator on CNN.
