Appearing on Neal Cavuto's show just now, Sen. Lieberman said he has "increasing concerns" about the Reid bill, but he wouldn't say whether or not he plans to vote for cloture. "It ain't over," Lieberman told Cavuto, adding that he's worried a Medicare buy-in would add costs to a program whose future is in jeopardy, and perhaps increase premiums, as well. Based on the interview, I wouldn't expect Lieberman to announce his decision on the Reid deal until the CBO releases its cost assessment.
