The last time Mother Jones served up some grade-A baloney about how an anti-abortion bill would "redefine" rape, the story ended up being repeated by Jon Stewart on the Daily Show. So it's good to see that Mother Jones's latest masterpiece--"South Dakota Moves To Legalize Killing Abortion Providers"--has already been debunked.
Mother Jones's Kate Sheppard wrote that if South Dakota's justifiable homicide bill passes "it could in theory allow a woman's father, mother, son, daughter, or husband to kill anyone who tried to provide that woman an abortion—even if she wanted one."
