The other day on Newsmax radio, Bill Kristol recommended that, if Hillary Clinton wanted to be in touch with so-called everyday Americans, she should ride in the back of the plane like the rest of us.
“I keep saying, if she wants to be like a regular American, she should get on a plane at LaGuardia, sit in seat 25E or whatever and, you know, have a delayed flight out to Des Moines like the rest of us instead of having the Secret Service drive her out there in a, sort of a weird, quite expensive van,” Kristol told Newsmax's Steve Malzberg.
And next thing you know, Clinton abandons her van in Iowa (one guesses the Secret Service will bring it back home for her) and flies coach class back to the New York area.
