Last night I caught Rudy Giuliani's speech before the Keystone Corporation annual dinner at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. Giuliani spoke briefly about why he's running for president - the standard stump material about terrorism, the economy, and judges - dropped Pat Robertson's name, and took questions from the audience. One question was on immigration, which Giuliani used as a springboard to attack Hillary Clinton's equivocation on New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer's plan to issue driving licenses to illegal immigrants. There doesn't seem to be any good feeling between Giuliani and Spitzer. Giuliani noted that he did not support Spitzer for governor or New York attorney general. Then he paused, smiled, and said: "I didn't get along with him, even when I met him."
