The good times roll on in Washington. But out in the country ...not so much.
Latest from Gallup shows that economic confidence in “the District” is a robust + 19. None of the fifty actual states are even in positive territory. Closest is Massachusetts with a -1. And, then, there is West Virginia, which you can practically see from Capitol Hill, at -44. Our leaders might consider visiting there of an afternoon. Check out how the rest of the country lives.
