The American Conservative Union gets caught in flagrante delicto -- and not for the first time. What's really amazing about this story is that anyone thought they could pull a fast one on Fred Smith, who was awarded a Silver Star, a Bronze Star, and two Purple Hearts for his service in Vietnam before returning home to build FedEx from the ground up. Probably not the kind of guy who's going to get rolled for $2 million and change by a columnist for the Hill.
