Hillary Clinton dodged a question about whether she accused her Democratic rival, Bernie Sanders, of sexism in comments earlier this week.
Watch here:
The WMUR host asked, “But as far as the implication that Bernie Sanders is a sexist, you wouldn’t go that far?”
“I said what I had to say about it. I think that we have a different record on guns, a different approach on guns, I think that’s a fair issue to talk about, and I’m going to keep talking about it,” Clinton answered.
Elsewhere, in an interview with NH1, Clinton dodged a similar question:
The NH1 host asked, “So he wasn’t being sexist?”
“I’m talking about the issue that’s important to me, and I think it’s important that we talk about that issue, and I don’t think I was shouting, I think I was raising an issue in a way I hope brought attention to it,” Clinton responded.
