Bush left office. 55% of the public has an unfavorable view of Cheney; 37% hold a positive view of the former veep. That's an eight-point gain since mid-January. Is that uptick due to Cheney's visibility as one of the most outspoken critics of the Obama administration? Almost certainly not.
