In the Delaware Senate race, Republican congressman Mike Castle leads prospective Democratic candidate Beau Biden, the state's attorney general and the VP's son, 45 percent to 39 percent in a new poll by the Democratic firm Public Policy Polling. The poll's most remarkable finding is that--by a 46 percent to 43 percent margin--Delaware voters oppose the "health care bill passed in the House of Representatives a few weeks ago." Delaware voted for Barack Obama over John McCain 62 percent to 37 percent. Do any liberals still want to argue that Obama's election was a mandate for health care "reform"?
