Virginia Governor Tim Kaine took a surprise call on WTOP this morning:
The voice is pretty convincing. And I would say, too, that Kaine -- who has probably spent a lot of time on the phone with the president -- doesn't blink an eye when he says "Hello, Mr. President." UPDATE, 3:00 P.M. Just so there's no confusion, WTOP confirms "Barry from D.C." was President Obama.
