Is our deliverance at hand? There is "breaking news" that Obama and Biden will meet with Reid, McConnell, Boehner and Pelosi at the White House at 3 p.m.
Will there be a deal? Who will be left standing and whose blood will be soaked up by the sand?
Could the suspense be any less bearable?
This is not only bad government; it is bad theater, as well.
