Dan Twining, who's contributed to THE WEEKLY STANDARD in the past, has joined an already impressive group and posts today on " China's National Defense in 2008," a white paper quietly issued by the Chicoms during the inauguration. Twining says the paper "is a useful reminder that China's is the only military in the world explicitly training and equipping to fight the United States." Read the whole thing.
