I'm one of them! The rest of the AP story concerns political dynasties. It doesn't contain much new information. There's a quote from . . . David Gergen, the conventional-wisdom machine who worked for both Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton. Still, it's always worth remembering that intangible concerns--do we really want two families dominating the executive branch of the federal government for more than two decades?--play a difficult-to-quantify role in voters' decisions. Which is why, in the end, a candidate who embraces change might have broad appeal.
