The picture below, by the AP's Eyad Baba, was posted at Time's White House Photo Blog with the caption, "Tough Audience: Members of Hamas, wearing masks to conceal their identity, watch President Obama's speech at their training base in the Gaza Strip." It was subsequently reposted at Time's Swampland blog by the magazine's senior writer Karen Tumulty under the headline " 1,000 Words." Tumultly solicited readers to come up with their own captions for the photo. My personal favorite: "He hasn't said ONE WORD about us being allowed to marry." Tumulty posted her own suggested caption in the comments as well: "Fox News green room?" And here's the irony: Just three hours before Tumulty made her crack about Fox News giving airtime to terrorists, Joe Klein had posted an item detailing his interview with the leader of Hamas, Khaled Meshal, on Time's Swampland blog.
